The proposed area is approximately 1.68 ha and consists of 4 plots. According to the provisions of the local spatial development plan, it is possible to enlarge the investment area to approx. 3.57 ha.

The minimum width of newly allocated building plots is 80 m. The maximum height is 16 m

The Dobrzec-West Economic Zone consists of areas with very good transport accessibility, located in the zone belonging to the main direction of the city development – on the axis of the Kalisz – Ostrów Wielkopolski Agglomeration.
