Maximum area available in 2PU is 24,80 ha, but there is a possibility to purchase smaller pieces of land. The minimum required area for newly allocated plots is 10,000 m². The height of the building – up to 16 meters. Road access – Tylna Street to the plot border.
The Dobrzec-West Economic Zone consists of areas with very good transport accessibility, located in the zone belonging to the main direction of the city development – on the axis of the Kalisz – Ostrów Wielkopolski Agglomeration.
