DESCRIPTION: The area, as part of the Kalisz Investment Zone, is located on Rozwojowa Street, in the vicinity of Panattoni Park Kalisz and Leviat.

The area consists of six plots and is covered by a local spatial development plan. The permitted building height is up to 45 m for warehouse buildings and up to 35 m for other types of buildings. Within the Kalisz Investment Zone, investments related to production, service, and warehouse activities can be carried out.
