International success of students of the Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych in Kalisz

The Friends of Art Association Kunstfreunde Erkner e.V. once again held a competition dedicated to artistically talented young people. Among the winners of the contest were students from the Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych im. T. Kulisiewicza w Kaliszu and the Technikum Budowy Fortepianów im. G. A. Fibigera w Kaliszu, as well as Justyna Dopierała, a resident of Turek in the Gołuchów municipality.

At a gala ceremony on November 10, 2023 in Erkner, a partner city of the Gołuchów municipality, the awards in the visual arts category went to: Wiktoria Talbierz - first place, Nikola Ptasinska - second place, Sofiia Koshkina - third place and Marta Czajczynska a distinction. The winners are students of the Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych w Kaliszu [High School of Visual Arts in Kalisz] from the studio of Ewa Ratajczyk.

The competition jury also appreciated the cover of Die Toten Hosen's "A wszystko to bo Ciebie kocham" for the music video "30 lat w kadrze" performed by students of the Technikum Budowy Fortepianów [Piano Construction Technical School], awarding them first place. The music video featured Michał Marek, Kamil Pyrek, Mateusz Herman, Mieszko Janiak, Malwina Olszewska, Nikola Wierzba, Wiktoria Sradomska and Mikołaj Obiedziński under the auspices of TBF teacher Marcin Kaftanowicz. The video was created thanks to the Stowarzyszenie Inicjatyw Edukacyjno-Artystycznych "Te Ka" in Kalisz, and the award was received on behalf of the association by Natalia Twardowska, the president of "Te Ka". The municipality of Gołuchów was represented by Patrycja Walerowicz-Wojtkowiak - director of the Centrum Kultury "ZAMEK" in Gołuchów, and Katarzyna Marcinkowska - interpreter. On behalf of the Mayor of Kalisz, Krystian Kinastowski, a gift was presented to Mayor Erkner Henryk Pilz by Janusz Matuszewski - headmaster of the Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych in Kalisz.

During the gala, which took place in the Erkner Town Hall, Ms. Sigrid Riedel, president of the Erkner Friends of Art Association, presented the "Golden Rose," the symbol of the competition, to: Patrycja Walerowicz-Wojtkowiak, Ewa Ratajczyk and Katarzyna Marcinkowska, thanking them for their commitment to finding young talents and their many years of cooperation
