The following came to Kalisz: Mychajło Simaszkewycz - mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Vadim Sawczuk - deputy mayor; Jana Melniczuk - secretary; Oleksandr Gurski - chief doctor of the perinatal center in Kamieniec Podolski.

Today, in the town hall, on the 25th anniversary of the contacts of both cities, the cooperation agreement was symbolically renewed. The document was signed by president Krystian Kinastowski and mayor Mychajło Simaszkewycz in the presence of the chairman of the City Council Janusz Pęcherrz and vice president Mateusz Podsadny. At the invitation of the president, the meeting was also attended by: Roman Woźniak, administrator of the Greek Catholic parish in Kalisz with his wife and Bogdan Tustaniwskij - president of the board of ProfiFlora. The talks concerned the cooperation of Kamieniec and Kalisz local governments and the life of the Ukrainian community in Kalisz and the surrounding area.

Today, before coming to the town hall, guests from Ukraine also met with representatives of the authorities of two Kalisz universities: WPA UAM, where they discussed cooperation in the field of artistic education and projects implemented in this field, and the PWSZ. Of President Stanisław Wojciechowski, where the possibilities of cooperation in the field of medical education were discussed.

The guests visited one of the Colian Holding production facilities. They saw, among others, how Grześki wafers are made. In the evening they will participate in the concert under the "Music Market". Tomorrow they will explore the city while walking around the city center and on a historic bus. In the afternoon they will visit Gołuchów, where young people from Kalisz and Kamianets-Podilskyi participate in the artistic setting of Zielona Sztuka5.
