Runners from the partner city La Louviere (Belgium) have participated in the Ptolemy Run for several years. This year their start turned out to be very successful: Alain Pierre Ebertzheim started in Kalisz for the first time and took fourth place in his M60 category, John Smet started in the M40 category and took second place. The only woman in this group, Fabienne Caron, started in category K50 and also took a high 2nd place. During their stay in Kalisz, the athletes took part in the Saturday park run, and also met with representatives of the KTS Supermaraton Kalisz club, Piotr Maciejewski and Mieczysław Mikołajewski.
