At the turn of June and July a delegation from Kalisz stayed in British Preston, where they took part in the celebrations on the thirtieth anniversary of the partnership of both cities. The celebrations were organized by the Preston Twinning Committee. Attached is a report on the visit, prepared by councilor Agnieszka Konieczna.
