Representatives of the KTS Supermaraton club visit this partner city not only to participate in sports competition, but also to maintain contacts with the Polish diaspora operating there and runners from La Louviére, who have already visited Kalisz several times and competed in the Ptolemy Run.

This year Kalisz was represented by: Edyta Marciniak, Rafał Pokora and Robert Kaliciński. They were hosted in La Lauviere at the invitation of Mayor Jaques Gobert from 17 to 20 June this year.

Races in different age categories and distances were held on Sunday, June 19.

Edyta Marciniak at the distance of 11 km took 6th place in the Women's OPEN category, and in the K 35-44 age category - 2nd place.
Robert Kaliciński took 29th place in the OPEN category at the distance of 11 km, in the M50 age category - 4th place.
Rafał Pokora started at the distance of 21 km and took 61st place in the OPEN category, in the M40 age category - 6th place.
