The authorities of Kalisz decided to transfer the masks to the places where they are most needed. They went to the accident & emergency department of the Provincial Combined Hospital and to the Corona Special Hospital - Provincial Specialist Complex of Health Care for Lung Disease and Tuberculosis in Wolica, in which only patients infected with coronavirus are treated.

- Masks will definitely be useful in hospitals and will be well used by the staff who save the health and lives of residents every day - said President Krystian Kinastowski.

The head of Kalisz also sent Thomas Hunsteger-Petermann, mayor of Hamm, an official letter expressing gratitude for the donation of help.
