In cooperation with the German organization Volkshochschule (VHS) Erfurt – an adult education center in Erfurt, Kalisz's twin city – a series of events has been prepared, scheduled to take place from March 7–10, 2025, in Kalisz. This will be an opportunity for integration, discussions, and creation of joint initiatives supporting women.

The visit will begin with a meeting of the Polish-German team aimed at exchanging experiences and discussing further actions to empower women. On Saturday evening, a discussion panel will take place, where ladies nominated for the title of "Kalisz Woman of the Year" and invited guests from Germany will share their inspirations and the values shaping their lives. The meeting will be held on March 8 at 4:00 PM at the Centrum Organizacji Pozarządowych, located at 1 Babina Street. The Kalisz Women's Council invites all interested to participate in this event.

On Sunday, the participants will visit Gołuchów. During this visit, inspired by the philosophy of kintsugi, they will create symbolic maps of the female future, combining history, art, and personal experiences. The event will conclude with a message directed to future generations. The visit of the guests from Erfurt will culminate in their participation in the ceremonial "Kalisz Woman of the Year 2024" gala, where exceptional women of Kalisz will be honored, and the initial outcomes of international cooperation will be summarized.
