A graduate of the Second High School. Tadeusz Kościuszko.He studied at the State School of Decorative Arts in Poznań and at the School of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He conducted drawing courses at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts and from 1946 he lectured at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He died on August 18, 1988 in Warsaw. According to Kulisiewicz's will, the furnishing of his workshop became the property of the District Museum of Kalisz in Kalisz. In 1994, the Drawing and Graphic Center in Warsaw was opened in Kalisz.
